BIRTH doula
Kids and Prenatal YOGA teacher
About
I am a birth doula, prenatal and children’s yoga teacher, and mother of two. Originally from Venezuela, I lived in France before moving to San Francisco 10 years ago, where motherhood transformed the direction of my life and work.
Before becoming a full-time mom, I worked in research and studied at university in France. My passion for science, well-being, and lifelong learning continues to guide the way I support families today.
My journey into birth work was deeply inspired by my own experiences with doulas. During my pregnancies and births, I felt the power of being supported, heard, and reassured during such an important transition. That support stayed with me and eventually led me to pursue doula training through DONA International.
Services
Birth Doula
I offer emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, and birth, with a special focus on helping families feel calm, confident, and cared for. As a multilingual doula speaking English, Spanish, and French, I am especially passionate about supporting immigrant and multilingual families who may be navigating pregnancy and birth far from home or in a language that is not their own.
Prenatal Yoga
Alongside birth work, I am currently working on my prenatal yoga certification. My approach combines movement, breath, mindfulness, and emotional connection in a gentle and accessible way for both parents.
Kids Yoga
As a certified kid’s yoga teacher, I teach yoga to kids from 2 to 10 years old. I am passionate about creating spaces where children feel safe, respected, free to be themselves. I strive to help every child feel seen, supported, and empowered exactly as they are.
I guide them to find connection between body and mind, helping them develop confidence, emotional awareness, self-regulation, and trust in themselves through movement, breath, mindfulness, and play.
